Centre of Excellence for PwDs conducted a training program on Finacle 10 at Union Bank of India Staff training centre at Powai, Mumbai for the employees with Speech & Hearing impairment. This training aimed at enhancing the skills by teaching them Finacle 10, a software developed to ease their work.

XRCVC’s Antarchakshu 2.0 supported by SBI and SBI Foundation conducted a sensitisation and awareness workshop for BPCL trainees at their Sewri Office. The aim of the workshop was to raise awareness about the lives of persons with visual impairment and explores the world of the disabled.
SBI Foundation and Pragyan-NIT Trichy have organised an awareness programme on ‘Menstrual Hygiene’ in Thirunedungulam Govt. high school, Tamil Nadu. SBI Foundation is a Social Responsibility Partner of NIT Trichy's Pragyan event 2019.

SBI Foundation in association with Waste Warriors (NGO) has implemented Waste Management Program which includes awareness & waste collection for the rural areas around Corbett Tiger Reserve Uttarakhand, also it focuses on training of SHG workers for waste collection and conducting research for zero waste management.
SBI Foundation has organised 11 health checkup camps for peer education and adolescent girls in villages of Chhatarpur.
The following activities were executed during these camps: Height and Weight measurement, Haemoglobin test, Tetanus Toxoid injections were also given to girls, Discussion on nutrition and balanced diet, Discussion on personal hygiene during menstruation.

SBI Foundation held a health check-up at their office for their employees, this health check-up was done by EVERIST Health. EVERIST Health are a catalyst in identifying early stage cardiovascular disease and influencing positive behaviour change through their AngioDefender Test. We appreciate that every employee of SBI Foundation participated in this health check-up.

SBI Samriddhi is a project of SBI Foundation to support and empower more than 4,000 adolescent girls of the rural sector covering 150 villages of Chhatarpur district in Madhya Pradesh, India in association with UNFPA India. Under one of SBI Foundation’s project SBI Darpan’s activities, World Sickle Cell Anaemia Awareness Day was observed in Jhirniya block of Khargone district in Madhya Pradesh, India on 19th June 2018. Around 200 people from the village attended the awareness program among which adolescents, children and the youth also participated in large numbers.

Under the project SBI Darpan, an awareness workshop on ‘Sickle Cell Anemia’ was conducted with ASHA workers in presence of the Chief Guest Dr. Chanderjeet (Nodal Leprosy Officer) and Dr. Hitesh (Childcare specialist). This workshop aimed at helping ASHA workers in the detection of “Sickle Cell Anemia” in patients.

Under the project #Darpan, Sickle Cell Anemia health check-up was conducted in village Mandvi, Zhirniya District, M.P on 26th Dec. 2018. During the screening test, 15 people (out of 36 people) identified positive and the medical assistance was provided to all the detected ones.
Our SBI Youth for India fellowship program is proud to create entrepreneurs who are working tirelessly with rural communities to empower them.
A group of 8 of such entrepreneurs participated in the Dastkar's Winter Mela in Delhi. Their handcrafted and natural products got an overwhelming response from the crowd! Total Sales = Rs.1,60,000 (approx.)
